How do preorders work?
- Product Drop → A new item goes live for preorder.
- Order Window → Orders are collected until we reach our production minimum or a max of 6 weeks pass from the drop date (whichever comes first).
- Production → Once the order window closes, bulk production begins.
- Fulfillment → When items are ready, we’ll either ship your order or arrange pickup at the location you designated at checkout.
- Updates → We’ll keep you posted so you don't have to wonder where your order stands.
